How do you know this gentleman is a master?

Duh, it's obvious!  He's wearing a forest-green masters jacket just like Tiger Woods, Bubba Watson, and Phil Mickelson.  Completing this fashionable wardrobe is black marching pants with a bright blue stripe and some sweet red shoes.  Now if this doesn't scream league champ I really don't know what does…. wait a minute…  maybe if he is allowed to plug in the lava lamp he is asking about!
