Supply and Demand

I never thought I would use my supply and demand economic knowledge in real life. Well today I did. I was working in the union and a 18 yr.-old friend came to visit. I questioned what her plans were this weekend. She was going downtown. How you may wonder... fake id. I was a bit baffled! She said that her friend makes them down in Iowa. Only $50 cause she knew him personally. It actually looked legit! And it was her picture.

So the demand in Brookings is high. The supply is low. So it is a desired item. I would draw the graph but unfortunately I am too lazy to.
