Sometimes I do know what I'm doing. Ta-da!!
I LOVE PORCUPINE MEATBALLS.
1.5 pounds hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, diced or shake some onion flakes in
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup rice
1/4 c. water
(I also put some McCormick steak seasoning into the meat)
1.) Combine rice, meat, salt, and onion.
2.) Shape into small meatballs and place into casserole dish.
3.) Pour soup & water onto meatballs.
4.) Put in covered casserole dish (I recommend a magic bean pot) at 350* for 1.5 hours.
I really love Key Lime Pie… but not enough to get a tattoo.
Buy a graham cracker crust - this is NOT cheating. This is smart.
1/4 c. water
1 package sugar-free lime-flavored gelatin
2 containers (6 oz.) fat-free key lime pie yogurt
1 tub Whipped Topping
1.) Heat water until boiling and add gelatin.
2.) In large bowl whisk gelatin and yogurt. Fold in Whipped Topping.
3.) Carefully pour mixture into pie crust.
4.) Refrigerate for 4 hours… or do like me - freeze for 1.5 hours.
