A day at work.

Appreciate everyone and everything about a sporting function.

This past weekend SDSU had softball games.  On Friday I was the PA announcer for the double header.  If you don't recall it was a freak wind storm.  I would put my head on down on the table while the players were hitting.  Reasoning: I believed the wind would not get me as much because I was close to the ground.  It was miserable.

Saturday did not get any better.
Above: Chelsey and I are trying to stay warm.

She brought her sleeping bag and I wrapped my scarf around my head like an old lady.  Luckily we were provided with a tarp.  However, the sides were not tied down and it flapped like a white dove.  Funny thing is there was no hope for the wind to stop.  To top off the afternoon I received a text from Blake and Swany telling me that baseball, which was across the road, had a heater in their tent and it was toasty.  I didn't know how to respond so let's just say Travis helped me out and gave them the birdie over my phone.

Once softball was finished, I raced over to baseball to see if they actually had a heater.  LIES! They were bundled up just as much as me, but they did have brats.  Still I felt somewhat retarded because of my gullible-ness and was a wind-blown mess.
