A Picture Book of Montana.

Capturing EVERY MINUTE :)  Evan put up with me and did not complain about my randomness and my horrible taste in music aka N'SYNC and Weekend Warrior Olympics.  But we made it, and we had a blast.  As my sister asked "did you learn a lot about each other?"  Yes.  We learned we could be in PRT.  I cannot tell the difference between a garbage bag in the wind and a polar bear.  I learned Evan is so kind-hearted he loves to talk to EVERYONE… which is really nice :).  I learned there is a great difference between wrestling and UFC, however, I like to still call it wrestling.  Also North Dakota is obsessed with putting giant statues of animals up.  It is weird.  Finally I learned Evan is my best friend.  Okay I swear that is the last sap thing…. enjoy the picture book!
I liked to yell "VILLAGE" whenever I saw two or more
houses together.
This was the first time I could see the checkered flag and our
car on the same screen.  Little did I know it was because
of the zoom.  Still very exciting to me.
Evan ruled the roads even when it was whiteout conditions.
Less than ideal weather going out...
I was scared….
But we made it and I was pumped!  I think this was after
we plummeted a ginormous snow drift!  It only took us about
15 hrs of solid driving to get to Great Falls…
Our first day of snowshoeing.  I think everyone was amazed by my light packing skills.  However, I became the laughing stock when I got out my boots.  Let's just say looking good and staying warm are hardly ever in the same sentence.  We needed to take a detour after snowshoeing to get me different boots.  But they still are pink :)
Beautiful scenery during the first day of hiking.  Just think how many people never get to see this because they don't park their cars on the side of the road and frolic through the snow into the unknown.  Those people are CRAZY…
Evan off to look at a frozen waterfall.
Dan standing on the frozen fall.  If you actually look (not on the picture :)) you could see the water running behind it.  Gorgeous!
At the Skyline.  We danced…. I need more practice because...
Evan would try this spin move thing where I squat and he pulls me through his legs.  I just sat on the ground.  I was scared...
Obviously Heidi was a good dancer with Evan and got the move right.  I still have five months to perfect this.
For all those people that said Mermaids did not exist: here is the proof they do.  I introduce you to the Sip 'n Dip Lounge were mermaids swim around for four hours.  The interact with the spectators through the glass by playing, for example, rock, paper, scissors!  The fins weigh about 20lbs and there are only three mermaids that currently exist.  I see a high demand for this type of entertainment.  Brookings Merville.  I think so.
Day 2 of snowshoeing.  We went to the Rocky Mountains.
Oh look, we have a scenic view too :) Pretty people and a pretty view.  Probably should be put on Hallmark.
Cute couple when Heidi isn't eating the snow :)
Fact: if thirsty do not eat snow.  It does not help with any thirst.  Buy a camelback instead.
Dan and Heidi with their new home!  I think they should register for wool socks and long underwear :)
Thanks for the fun time in MT!
Thank you Dan and Heidi for showing us your new home.
We had a blast!!
