Pressure

Nick should have a theme song of "Under Pressure."  Part of the song...

It's the terror of knowing
What this world is about
Watching some good friends
Screaming 'Let me out'
Pray tomorrow - gets me higher higher high
Pressure on people people on streets
Turned away from it all like a blind man


Always get that blood pressure taken.  It maybe terrifying about what the world may find out.  Watch some friends... hopefully they don't scream.... and pray.  NOT TO HAVE IT HIGHER THOUGH!  Check your neighbors and don't have a blind eye.  It is important like breast cancer.


Nick practiced on Evan and I the other night in my room.  I think if anyone walked in they would think we were looney.  Nick pulled in a kitchen chair and did his THANG.  Evan is healthy, no worries.  I beat him though - 115/80 :)  I should start competing in blood pressure monitoring... I may win something!  


Then I tried taking Nick's pressure.  You really have to know how to multi-task.  I did it though after a couple of tries.  130/90.  Maybe I will become his little voice to eat better and exercise more.  Here are some ideas: FISH - I recommend Swedish fish.  Also frozen bananas.  He loves Science so maybe I could tease him and hang it in front of his face and he will constantly be trying to grab it like a carrot.
