Suggestion for Turkey Day!

1 Turkey Breast
1/2 bottle broiled steak seasoning by McCormick.

1.) Put turkey breast in roaster.
2.) Put 1 - 1.5 inches of water in the bottom of the roast.
3.) Sprinkle steak seasoning over the breast and water.
4.) Cover and bake at 325-350* for 6hrs or a little more.
5.) Shred finished turkey with fork.
6.) **REALLY IMPORTANT!** Pour the juice from the bottom of the roaster over the meat.

You can freeze or serve. But make sure either way there is juice over it... don't throw it away!
