Wake-up Call

Nothing like being a part of a team that has been leading holiday plans for the last seven months to find out with two weeks left that you missed your numbers.  Guaranteed that was one of my worst 7:00AM conference calls to be followed by hours 'discussion.'  Don't get me wrong - this company is amazing and exciting, but man-o-live this speed bump is awful!!
