Soon Evan and I will be moving to the Minneapolis area, and along with that comes all new rules and regulations including Scoot laws. And what I discovered is phenomenal - Scoot is even more of an animal than I originally thought!
Scoot is considered to be a motorcycle in Minnesota; therefore, I need to get a motorcycle license! How crazy is this? In fact, I actually have to take a motorcycle course and than DRIVE a motorcycle, not a scooter, but a full-fledge motorcycle to pass.
We'll see if Scoot joins us in Plymouth or if he finds a new home… hard decisions and a sad day.
