Peanut butter, banana, chocolate chip cookies

Finally a success in the kitchen!  I had some random ingredients and thought why not throw them all together in the mixer and VIOLA! perfect-o!

Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup mashed banana  1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar  1/2 cup Splenda Grandular 1 1/2 vanilla extract 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour  1 tablespoon baking powder  1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Roll into walnut sized balls and cook for 10-12 minutes at 375*.
Makes about 3 dozen.

I actually did not have all-purpose flour so I substituted whole wheat and it tastes even better.  I did use the Splenda sugar and it helps with the healthiness.  At only 67 calories a pop it is definitely worth a try!
