I feel like the title screams ID-10-IT.
I go to the Wellness Center each day and over the course of six years (yes, I have been in Brookings that long) the workers have started to recognize. Hence, I was invited to join a running league. Basically track my time and distance each week and submit it to Shari.
I thought good motivation. My knees thought suicidal. My knees are going to explode. But I'll be fit when I do. Cheers to week 1!
Ps. 1 month till Spearfish - good job everyone that is running it and others that continue to train but cannot make the journey.
