Some people may feel this will limit them for carrying items.  No, no, no!  I personally can ride Scoot with a coffee between my feet while wearing a dress.  

You can also form a posse and honk your horn at the rider next to you.  

Also remember that cops rarely pull you over because it will look pathetic. Unless you are going 45 mph on the sidewalk or plow through a stop sign than you deserve a ticket.

But here is the two warnings: do not text and drive.  Although you may look cool for a moment, you will crash and you will not be the winner.  Sad.  Also, you are not immune from birds or the bees.  They will hit you and you must remain composed or you will crash… again sad.
