Interesting.

Okay so those posts below I will someday catch up and write some interesting stories. But for now I am just going to write about this weekend.

Yesterday I helped Kyli with the State FFA Officer interviews. She was going to JD's brother's wedding and felt more comfortable having someone there to help than no one. So I volunteered. It would not have been so bad but I haven't been in FFA for 4 years and no one remembers me! So I was leading an activity and I had 14 blank faces wondering who in the world this crazy girl was. I backed up my activity and told them the seven degrees between Emily Kuecker and FFA.
1.) I am from Webster.
2.) Kyli and Lauren's roommate.
3.) Kyli and Lauren were past State FFA Officers.
4.) I used to be in FFA.
5.) Kyli is now the state intern for FFA, but had a wedding.
6.) She felt more comfortable having someone here.
7.) SO YOU GOT ME!
Yeah I think they still thought I was silly. But it was a fun day! I don't like to brag, but when one of the tryouts asked me what I did in FFA I told him I talked. lol, he seemed rather unimpressed and then one of the advisors probed me to tell them what I talked about. So my secret was out. I know I am a great talker, but really do not like talking about it. Weird I think, but humble. Anyways, interviews went till 11:30 p.m. and then back to my house.

Today was just a hard day to get out of bed. I never actually got out until 4. Yes, pathetic and don't ask why. I have now a ton of stuff to do! But nevertheless I still went for a 7 mile run. When I was at the farthest part of town guess what happened. Rain rain, go away... come when I am not running. Yes I got drenched. I absolutely hate getting my hair wet and I did. Ugh.

Then I supported mom and Landon at the State FFA Convention. Kuecker Seed Farm was a state sponsor for Forage Production. Landon also got 1st in his Grain Placement proficiency area. He was mighty surprise :) I get a kick out of him.

Now onto study for intermediate microeconomics test for tomorrow at 10. Oh Boy!
